Black Rice Pilaf Recipe

Ingredients: 1 cup black rice, 3 cups water, 1 spoon butter, trace of salt

Wash the rice and soak in water for 20 minutes. Put the oil in the pot, then add the rice and roast. You don't need to roast it well like normal rice pilaf. Add 3 glasses of water to it, add salt and let it boil. Place the lid on and cook it on low heat for half an hour. It cooks longer than normal rice and does not absorb the water and cook like regular rice. Let it simmer.
